Adonia Omsorg is a company that has been around since 2013, offering housing combined with treatment and social interventions on behalf of social services. Adonia's operations currently encompass several target groups: children, youth, and adults with varying support needs due to social and psychiatric difficulties, protection, and previous substance abuse.

Adonia Omsorg is now expanding its operations and starting two group homes and a daily activity center in Sollebrunn, just north of Alingsås. One of the residences is already up and running! Erskavägen group home accommodates users with autism, intellectual disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders. The facility consists of six apartments and is staffed around the clock. Working hours are scheduled for awake night shifts.

Staffing and competencies are tailored to each new placement. We focus on accepting complex assignments with very good quality, so the job requires that you have experience with outwardly aggressive behavior and severe self-harming behavior.

As a newcomer with us, you will receive practical introduction, internal training, and guidance from leading expertise in LSS, which Adonia has recently acquired for the company.
